Shipping policy

Pre-Order Items

All pre-order items are made to order and are not immediately available for shipment. Production begins after your order is placed and confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow up to 3–4 weeks for production and shipping from the date your order is placed. While many orders may arrive sooner, delays can occur due to production schedules, supply chain issues, holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will enter production and cannot be changed or canceled.

Refunds

Because pre-order items are produced specifically for customers, all sales are considered final once production begins. Refunds will only be issued if AMPD CO. is unable to fulfill your order.

Shipping Updates

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped. Delivery times after shipment may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
